CTC Deals is an online platform dedicated to promoting and selling authentic Indian handicrafts. We work directly with artisans and artisan communities across India to bring their unique, handcrafted creations to a global audience, ensuring fair prices and the preservation of traditional crafts.
Yes, absolutely. The core of our mission is to support and showcase genuine craftsmanship. Every product listed on CTC Deals is 100% handmade by skilled artisans. Minor variations in color, size, and pattern are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the unique charm of each item.
We partner directly with artisans, cooperatives, and NGOs, eliminating middlemen. This ensures that the artisans receive a fair and significant portion of the price you pay. By providing a global platform, we help them sustain their livelihoods and continue practicing their ancestral crafts.
Ordering & Payment
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and various popular digital wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
Yes, it is completely safe. We use a secure and encrypted payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) to process all online transactions. Your card information is not stored on our servers and is handled with the highest level of security.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@ctcdeal.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, while Express delivery takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team directly at support@ctcdeal.com before placing an order to check for feasibility and shipping costs.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please visit your "Order History" page to start the process. For more details, please read our full Returns Policy page.
If you receive a damaged product, please log into your account, go to your "Order History," find the relevant order, and click the "Request Refund" button. You will be asked to provide a reason and upload a photo of the damaged item. Our team will review the request and process it accordingly.
