- Small imperfections are part of the beauty of handmade art and are not considered defects.
- Production and dispatch times may take longer than standard factory-made goods.
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days.
- In cases where the product is made-to-order or sourced directly from artisans, the preparation time may extend up to 10–14 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship across India through reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.
- Delivery time depends on your location and the availability of the product. Typically, orders reach customers within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
Note: We currently do not offer same-day or express delivery for handicraft items due to their handmade nature.
