Since most of our items are handmade and unique, slight variations in color, design, or texture are natural and not considered defects.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Return
Refunds or returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product you received is damaged or broken upon delivery.
- You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must:
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the package opening and the issue (damage or wrong product).
- Send the video and order details to support@ctcdeal.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Requests without unboxing video proof or made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
As all our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Minor variations in color, shape, or texture;
- Change of mind or personal preference;
- Customized or made-to-order products.
3. Refund Process
- Once your request and video evidence are reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the product needs to be returned, you will receive return shipping instructions via email.
Refunds are issued only after verification of video evidence and, if applicable, product inspection.
4. Replacement Policy
If a replacement product is available for the damaged or wrong item, we will send a new product at no additional cost after verification. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead.
5. Shipping Costs
- If your return is approved due to a damaged or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, return shipping will not be reimbursed.
